Your initial quote and advice was carried out very thoroughly and in a most professional manner. When the team came to perform the actual fitting they were extremely professional and helpful. They soon allayed the fears we had concerning the roof being able to withstand the weight of the unit. They did a really good job. There was no damage or mess. The next day they came back of their own accord to install another valve to ensure better pressure in the hot water system.

These actions were all carried out efficiently and in a most concerned and friendly manner.
The service we received from all concerned was exceptional, given that in this day and age the tendency is towards shoddy workmanship and contractors not always keeping to appointed times.
